1. General Information

• Opening Hours: Services are available by appointment only.
• No Participation Without Payment: If payment has not been received prior to the session, the client is not permitted to attend.
• No-Show Policy: Failure to attend without prior written notice results in full charge. NO REFUNDS.
• Substance Policy: Use of alcohol or drugs during any session results in immediate suspension without refund.

2. Payment Terms

• All invoices and subscriptions must be paid in full before the first session begins.
• Late Payments: If payment is not received within 10 days, the invoice amount will be increased by 8% late interest (minimum €125).
• Further late payment interest will continue to apply until full settlement.

3. Booking & Attendance Policy

• Sessions, lessons, and programs cannot be rescheduled or refunded if cancelled less than 72 hours in advance. NO REFUNDS.
• Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
• Messages via SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook or other platforms are not accepted.
• Appointments cancelled by the instructor (e.g. due to performances or force majeure) will be rescheduled at the client’s discretion.

4. Refund Policy

• All payments are final. NO REFUNDS under any circumstances.
• This applies to remaining lessons, coaching and training programs, deposits for music productions (including 50% deposits), webinars, online group lessons, private coaching, and subscription plans.

5. Copyright & Content Protection

• All educational materials, recordings, and media shared through lessons, webinars, and digital platforms are protected by copyright.
• Recording, downloading, screenshotting, or distributing any materials is strictly prohibited.
• Exceptions (personal use only, not for redistribution):
  • Active participants in Solo Group Lessons may record their session.
  • Clients in private voice lessons may record for personal study only.

6. Recording Policy

• By participating in any live webinar, online lesson, or group session, the client consents to audio and/or video recording.
• Breakout rooms are never recorded.
• Recordings may be used by Guitar Training Studio / Baustein.Academy for future educational products or promotional materials.
• Clients may disable their camera if they do not wish to appear.
• Requests for removal from recorded material will not be accepted.

7. Newsletter & Account Policy

• Upon registration, the client gains access to restricted content on the platform and is automatically subscribed to the newsletter.
• If the client does not wish to receive emails, they may delete their account at any time. Access to restricted content will also be revoked.

8. Final Clause – Legal Acceptance

• By booking a coaching or training program, or submitting any payment, the client confirms full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• No exceptions. No disputes. NO REFUNDS.
